Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed use

You may use the software to keep your own trade records: catalogs, offers, programmes and shipment files. You may read the public site and share links to it.

Not allowed

You may not scrape, crawl or harvest the service in a way that copies the directory or slows the site, except for a normal search engine that obeys robots.txt. You may not bypass a login, a rate limit, a paywall or any other technical control. You may not probe, scan or test vulnerability without the permission in the Security page.

You may not upload malware, interfere with other customers, misrepresent a sample company as a real customer, or use the software to infringe privacy or intellectual property.

You may not use the software for fraud, money laundering, bribery, sanctions evasion, or the movement of prohibited goods. The compliance statement is part of this policy.

What we may do

We may suspend access that breaks this policy, remove content, and keep logs needed to investigate. We will tell the account email when we can do so without harming an investigation or another person.
