Where the rules are
The Privacy Policy is the full notice for the GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws, PIPL, PIPEDA and the Swiss nFADP. This page only tells you how to ask.
Email privacy@vertexexport.com. Say which right you want to use and the country whose law you are relying on. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to answer within 30 days.
What you can ask
You can ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, a limit on processing, or an export of data you provided. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and you can withdraw consent. You can opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
You can also complain to your local authority. That right does not require you to write to us first, though writing to us is often the fastest way to fix a record.
