Vertex Export is subscription software. VERTEX IMPORT EXPORT LLC, Austin, Texas, is the contracting party. VERTEX COMERCIO, EXPORTAÇÃO E IMPORTAÇÃO LTDA., CNPJ 47.137.159/0001-16, is the related Brazilian company. We do not buy goods, sell goods, ship goods or hold money. The public mailbox is contact@vertexexport.com. We do not publish a phone number.

What we own, and what we do not claim

We own the software and the text and layout of this site as works. A subscription is a licence to use them, not a sale. You may not copy the site, mirror it, frame it, or resell access.

Vertex Export and Vexa are our names. They are not registered trademarks. Do not add a registration symbol, and do not use the names for a copied service. An idea, a method or a procedure is not, by itself, something we claim as a copyright.

How to report infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright or another right you own, write to contact@vertexexport.com. Use the subject “Copyright” or “IP”. Include your name, an email address, a description of the work, the exact URL, a statement that you believe the use is not authorised, and a statement that you are authorised to act. Do not send a card number. We do not take reports by telephone.

A designated agent is not yet filed with the United States Copyright Office. Until that filing exists, this address is where a notice goes. It is not a statement that a safe harbour already applies. The same address receives a counter-notice if you believe we removed material by mistake: the URL, your email, and a statement that the removal was wrong.

What we do with a report

We read the report, we may remove or refuse the material, and we tell the account when the law lets us. We keep a record of valid notices.

An account that is the subject of more than one valid notice may be suspended or closed. You may contest a suspension by writing to the same address. We do not publish the internal notes we use to write to a host.
